I noticed that, I am hitting the balls 60% on the bottom of the racket (forehand). Am I hitting too early, not turn body enough or stay too low? Please help, I really need to fix this issue, since the ball contacts on the bottom of the racket doesn't have enough spin to go over the net. Thanks

Re: Hitting on the bottom of the racket issue

Without seeing it I don't know for sure, but most likely you are hitting it quick off the bounce, but with your racket too high. If not that, it's just a timing problem - you may have developed the habit of hitting below center, which I've seen a few times (but it's not common). If you place close to the table and are hitting the ball quick off the bounce, learn to hit with the ball just a bit lower rather than you are currently do. Hope this helps!
